The 3 days of celebration kick-off at the most poetic venue for anyone who has ever been an award-winning recording artist, or who has ever held a magical hair brush to their mouth to belt out their favorite song and whose imagination took them on a journey to win one of America’s most coveted music awards, known as a Grammy.

For ONE special Purple day The Clive Davis Theater at the world-renowned Recording Academy Grammy Museum will turn into Studio P where unique, candid, informative discussions on extensive time with Prince will be shared by personal friends, collaborators, creatives, artists, historians, industry execs, producers, musicians, and more. A beautiful group of Prince insiders and experts will convene to delve into the life and legacy of the legendary and mysterious artist. Join us Inside Studio P and feast your eyes on rare archival footage, and conversations with friends and contemporaries. This intimate state-of-the-art theatre is a perfect place to pay homage to the 8-time Grammy winner with 38 nominations.

Plus, you absolutely do not want to miss the permanent collection on display of the five-piece DW Drums Collector’s Series drum kit played during Grammy winner Bruno Mars’ tribute to Prince on the 59th Grammy Awards, February 12, 2017. Morris Day and The Time performed “Jungle Love”, “The Bird” and Prince’s hit, “Let’s Go Crazy” as part of the dynamic tribute.
